Siebel is a brand name of Oracle Corporation. Siebel Systems, Inc., founded by Thomas Siebel, was principally engaged in the design, development, marketing and support of CRM applications. On September 12, 2005, it was announced that Oracle Corporation had agreed to buy Siebel Systems for $5.8 billion.
